Using a Supplement Weekly Container

Get yourself a container for your supplements. I find the weekly reminder containers useful to organize my daily supplements, they allow me to prepare all the supplements first thing in the morning for the day and by placing my day’s supplements into different chambers in the container. For instance I separate the supplements to take for pre-breakfast (Sunday chamber), breakfast (Monday chamber), lunch, pre-dinner, and dinner, etc..

One option of a supplement weekly container to hold your daily regimen

Depending on the size of the weekly supplement container you may need 2 chambers for one meal, for instance if you are taking many brewer’s yeast pops then your breakfast supplements could go in the Monday chamber and overflow into the Tuesday camber.

When you prep all your supplements for the day first thing in the morning, you can insure you don’t forget to take any supplement or skip others. Plus, you carry them with you everywhere so you don’t need to go back home to get your supplements.
