On Hair Supplements

I always steer clear from the so called “hair supplements” as these products often are:

1- Abundant, there are hundreds of hair supplements each claiming better results than the others.

2- May contain the beneficial nutrients, but never in enough quantities.

3- May contain harmful things, such as Iron (if a male consumes the supplement), heavy metals or contamination

4- Too processed.

5- Use synthetic vitamins (for example, in general, you wont benefit as much from synthetic B vitamins, or non bioavailable minerals).

6- Too pricey

In general, this is also why I do not use a multivitamin supplement. Read On Multi Vitamin Supplements here.
